I have a dozen of sites which I regularly follow via feeds. Today I went on a hunt for new blogs and magazines to subscribe to and was overwhelmed by a quite prominent trend among web development and graphich design blogs: it seems like everyone is writing articles with titles like “[put a number here] [put a random power word here] [put a noun here]”.

Yep. I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to force myself into writing. I consider myself a pretty bad writer and usually try to avoid it whenever possible. However, text is a quite important part of communication and as I am a web professional and create web sites that communicate, I think it’s time for me to encounter my fears to try to become a better writer.
